No. Unlike most agents, we have no long-term tie-ins. We operate on flexible terms with 30 days’ notice, giving you control at all times.

Yes. Optional Rent Protection Insurance covers up to 15 months of rent plus £100,000 in legal expenses for eviction and recovery.
